Our lab hours in Woodinville and Mill Creek are: Monday through Friday 9 to 11:30 AM and 2 to 4:30 PM. Due to service volumes, we do not allow drop-ins. By appointment only.
Our lab is available by appointment only for immunizations, blood draws, and allergy shots Monday-Friday:
- mornings from 9:00 to 11:30
- afternoons from 2:00 to 4:30
We do not allow drop-in blood draws and immunizations. You must make an appointment.
Tuberculosis tests (PPD) must be read 48 to 72 hours after being placed (an injection under the skin). Because of this requirement, we can only administer the test on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Fridays during the above lab hours.
Evergreen Hospital Specimen Drop-Off:
After stool or urine specimen collection, take to the lab within one hour with the lab requisition you were given. If you are unable to do so within that time, place the specimen into the fridge until you are able to take to the lab.
Directions in the hospital: Enter the main parking garage at Evergreen Hospital, through the first floor Blue Entrance (Family Maternity Center). Go down the escalator and to the left. Go past the grand piano to the purple area. The lab is Purple Room 1382.
You can drop off specimens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
