Our Portal allows you to schedule an appointment with your provider if your child is sick or if you need a well child/preventative appointment. To schedule any other type of appointment, you will need to call our office at 425 483 5437. Please match your request for an appointment with the appropriate appointment type. For example, do not request a 4 month old check up in a sick appointment slot, or an earache visit in a well child slot. More complex or longer term problems typically take more time to properly assess, so please factor this in as well. This process will submit a request for an appointment, which is not confirmed until we respond within 1 business day.
